Meet the Santa Ana Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Santa Ana
Our Santa Ana crew is small on purpose. We keep the team tight so the technician who answers your questions is the same person who shows up with the truck. Every one of us carries a written-price pad before a tool belt, because Clause 1 of The Haven Standard isn’t a policy here, it’s how Marcus built the shop in 2015. Between us, we’ve seen about every door Santa Ana’s coastal air and hard water can throw at a track. Here’s who you’re actually calling.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus started Servo Garage Doors Santa Ana in 2015 with one rule: the customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. That rule became Clause 4 of The Haven Standard, the photo record you get on every visit. He still rides along on the strange jobs, the ones where the torsion spring snapped clean at the coil and took a cable drum with it. Eighteen thousand doors later, he writes the price the same way for a $90 roller swap as he does for a full panel replacement on a Floral Park carriage door. If something’s not right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise is his name on the line.
Luis R., Lead Technician
Luis has been with Servo since 2017, and he’s our torsion spring specialist, the guy who measures wire diameter and inside diameter before he touches a winding bar. He’s certified on LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie opener systems, and he keeps a running mental inventory of which springs the older south Santa Ana tracts actually run, the ones the builder spec’d in 1998. Off the clock, he restores a 1967 Chevy C10, which is why he’s particular about torque specs. He lives in the city, so when a spring lets go at midnight near the Delhi neighborhood, he’s often the first name on the dispatch.
Priya S., Senior Installer
Priya came aboard in 2019 after years doing high-end residential installs across Orange County. She runs our new-door and full replacement jobs, the ones where the opening gets re-measured twice before the order goes in. Clopay and Amarr are her wheelhouse, and she’ll tell you honestly whether a panel replacement makes more sense than a full door, because Clause 1 means the written scope is based on what’s actually there, not what’s easier to sell. She’s the one who photographs the rough opening, the old track, and the finished reveal so the record matches the work. Priya’s household runs on a Chamberlain opener she installed herself, which she will occasionally mention.
Danny T., Service Coordinator
Danny answers the phone, and you’ll get him at 2 a.m. as often as 2 p.m., because our live coverage doesn’t route to voicemail. He’s been with Servo since 2021 and knows the difference between a broken spring that can wait until morning and a door hanging on one cable that needs a truck now. When you call, Danny gets your address, your door type if you know it, and gives you the named technician and the on-the-way text before he hangs up. He grew up in Santa Ana and can tell you which streets flood in a winter storm, which matters when a garage becomes a staging area for a sump pump.
One Standard, Every Job

The Haven Standard is what keeps one Santa Ana shop’s work looking like it came from the same hands. Every job starts with a flat, written price and a written scope, Clause 1, no exceptions, no verbal estimates that drift. Every job ends with a documented photo record, Clause 4, so the customer sees what we found and what we did. The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers the work itself. The Free Second Opinion covers the decision before we start. We don’t do urgency theater, we don’t do “call for a quote,” and we don’t leave a job without the paperwork that proves what happened. Same standard on a $120 spring replacement in the morning as on a full new door in the afternoon. That’s the whole point of the name Servo.
